I was born in a small town in Mallorca. Growing up by the sea, surrounded by nature, profoundly shaped my understanding of life, giving me a deep connection to and respect for the cycles of life.<\/p>

I trained as a ceramist in Granada and Crete, an art that is still present in me today as a form of expression.<\/p>

After living in various parts of Europe and a long trip to Asia, I found my true calling: therapy. I studied Thai massage during several stays in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, incorporating awareness of movement and breath into bodywork.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Upon returning to Spain, I deepened my training in Chiromassage and Osteopathy.<\/p>

This integrative vision led me to incorporate nutrition as an essential part of my professional approach, training as a nutrition technician at ISMET, Barcelona, in clinical applied nutrition and as an expert in Microbiota at the School of Integrative Health in Madrid, completing my training with specialization in Fertility and Pregnancy at the Roger de Ll\u00faria Institute, Barcelona.<\/p>

Beyond my training, my personal journey has profoundly shaped my approach to support. After a long fertility process, in which I finally became a mother through egg donation, I understood firsthand what it means to support long, complex, and profoundly transformative processes.<\/p>

I currently live back in Mallorca, where my son brought me back. From here, I support others with a close, respectful, and committed approach, integrating professional experience, training, and personal life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Con\u00f3ceme un poco m\u00e1s Con\u00f3ceme un poco m\u00e1s Con\u00f3ceme un poco m\u00e1s Nac\u00ed en un peque\u00f1o pueblo de Mallorca. Crecer junto al mar, rodeada de naturaleza, marc\u00f3 profundamente mi manera de entender la vida, lo que me proporcion\u00f3 una profunda conexi\u00f3n y respeto hacia los ciclos de la vida. Me form\u00e9 como ceramista, en Granada y Creta, un arte que a\u00fan hoy sigue presente en m\u00ed como forma de expresi\u00f3n. Tras vivir en distintos lugares de Europa, y un largo viaje a Asia encontr\u00e9 mi verdadera vocaci\u00f3n, la terapia. Estudi\u00e9 masaje tailand\u00e9s a lo largo de varias estancias en Chiang Mai, Tailandia, y me form\u00e9 como profesora de yoga, en Rishikesh, India, incorporando la conciencia del movimiento y la respiraci\u00f3n al trabajo corporal. Al regresar a Espa\u00f1a, profundic\u00e9 mi formaci\u00f3n en Quiromasaje y Osteopat\u00eda. Esta visi\u00f3n integradora me llev\u00f3 a incorporar la nutrici\u00f3n como parte esencial de mi enfoque profesional, form\u00e1ndome como t\u00e9cnica en alimentaci\u00f3n en ISMET, Barcelona, Nutrici\u00f3n aplicada en cl\u00ednica y Experto en Microbiota, en la Escuela de Salud Integrativa de Madrid, completando mi formaci\u00f3n con especializaci\u00f3n en Fertilidad y Embarazo en el Instituto Roger de Ll\u00faria, Barcelona. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la formaci\u00f3n, mi camino personal ha marcado profundamente mi manera de acompa\u00f1ar. Tras un largo proceso de fertilidad, en el que finalmente fui madre a trav\u00e9s de ovodonaci\u00f3n, comprend\u00ed en primera persona lo que significa sostener procesos largos, complejos y profundamente transformadores. Actualmente vivo de nuevo en Mallorca, a donde me trajo mi hijo de vuelta.
