Massages
Massage is a space for pause, listening, and deep care of the body. Releasing physical and emotional tension, improving mobility, and promoting the regulation of the nervous system are some of the benefits that each treatment offers.
Each session is unique and tailored to you, respecting your needs. Massage is not just a technique, but a way to help the body relax, relieve pain, and regain balance.
Traditional Thai massage
Traditional Thai massage is performed on a futon while wearing comfortable clothing, without oils. It is a full-body massage that combines pressure and stretching, relieving tension, improving flexibility, circulation, and stress.
Relaxing massage
The relaxing massage is performed on a massage table, using oils and gentle movements. Its aim is to relax the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality, providing a deep sense of tranquility and physical and mental rest.
Decontracting massage
The deep tissue massage is performed on a massage table, using oils and deep pressure. Its aim is to release muscle knots, reduce accumulated tension, and improve mobility, helping the body regain functionality and a sense of relief in overworked areas.
Craniosacral massage
Craniosacral massage is performed on a massage table. It releases tension in the neck, relieves headaches, promotes deep relaxation and mental calm, improves sleep quality, and helps balance the nervous system.
Chi nei tsang massage
Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist abdominal massage that works directly on the abdomen and internal organs. It is performed with gentle pressure on the abdominal area, stimulating circulation, releasing blockages, and supporting visceral and digestive function.
Kobido massage
Kobido is a traditional Japanese facial massage that combines manipulations, pressure, and natural lifting techniques. It improves circulation, tones the face, relaxes facial muscles, and promotes radiance, providing a feeling of well-being and natural rejuvenation.
My method
Throughout my career I have integrated traditional Thai massage, therapeutic massage and osteopathy as complementary tools for bodywork.
This combination allows me to approach the body holistically, adapting each session to the individual's needs.
The goal is to improve mobility, reduce tension, and promote self-regulation processes by creating an effective therapeutic approach.
The sessions take place in a safe and respectful environment.
The goal is to alleviate discomfort, optimize functionality, and facilitate changes that last beyond the session.
