I was born in a small town in Mallorca. Growing up by the sea, surrounded by nature, profoundly shaped my understanding of life, giving me a deep connection to and respect for the cycles of life.
I trained as a ceramist in Granada and Crete, an art that is still present in me today as a form of expression.
After living in various parts of Europe and a long trip to Asia, I found my true calling: therapy. I studied Thai massage during several stays in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, incorporating awareness of movement and breath into bodywork.
Upon returning to Spain, I deepened my training in Chiromassage and Osteopathy.
This integrative vision led me to incorporate nutrition as an essential part of my professional approach, training as a nutrition technician at ISMET, Barcelona, in clinical applied nutrition and as an expert in Microbiota at the School of Integrative Health in Madrid, completing my training with specialization in Fertility and Pregnancy at the Roger de Llúria Institute, Barcelona.
Beyond my training, my personal journey has profoundly shaped my approach to support. After a long fertility process, in which I finally became a mother through egg donation, I understood firsthand what it means to support long, complex, and profoundly transformative processes.
I currently live back in Mallorca, where my son brought me back. From here, I support others with a close, respectful, and committed approach, integrating professional experience, training, and personal life.
